1 Definitions and Interpretation

"599bat", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the website located at 599bat.onl and all associated sub-domains and services. "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who registers an account and uses the Platform. 2.3 If age verification fails or cannot be completed within a reasonable time as determined by 599bat, the Platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

2.4 Individuals who are known to be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily or by a third-party authority, are not permitted to use the Platform for the duration of that exclusion.

3 Account Registration and Maintenance

3.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the 599bat Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Confirmed duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

3.5 599bat reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms or where continued access poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 599bat accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, and direct bank transfers from participating institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.3 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If 599bat identifies a deposit originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. 599bat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.2 Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.3 A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the cashier section of your account. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 599bat reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified where such a hold is applied.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the 599bat Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. 6.4 Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from your balance if the account is closed before the requirement is satisfied.

7 Game Rules and Betting Conduct
